Refund policy

All sales are final. 

Unused or defective items may be returned for store credit/exchange only within 14 days with proof of purchase, all original packaging, and no cosmetic/physical damage. We reserve the right to investigate and determine whether an item is defective.   

***If we are unable to fulfill an item(s) in your order due to a mistake on our end (i.e., wrong/missing item), we will issue a refund or exchange at your preference. 

Please note: Disposable vapes cannot be returned for any reason unless it does not work immediately upon receiving your order. We recommend testing disposables before leaving our store.
